30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product order you may return it to ISM within 30 days to:

Prior to returning the item, please call ISM Customer Service at 800-888-6276 ext. 401 or e-mail at custsvc@ism.ws to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on a copy of the original packing slip and on the return shipping label and returned within 30 days of the shipment date. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.

ISM will accept non-damaged returns only. To expedite any credit that might be due to you, please note the reason for your return on the copy of the packing slip.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable from original order or return shipment. ISM is not responsible for return items lost during shipment. ISM recommends that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. Use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

ISM reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 30 days from the ship date.
