ISM's Business Survey Committee Interest Form

The Manufacturing ISM Report On Business^® and the Non-Manufacturing ISM Report On Business^® gather data on a monthly basis through surveys of ISM members participating in the Business Survey Committee. The make-up of this committee is determined by SIC category, based on each industry's contribution to Gross Domestic Product.

ISM occasionally needs members in specific industries and SIC codes to respond to the survey. For the monthly economic reports, committee members receive a brief questionnaire around the middle of each month and respond to the questions via a secure Web site.

Members are also asked twice a year to answer survey questions used to produce ISM's Semiannual Forecasts, as well as once each quarter to respond to questions regarding their organization's adoption of eBusiness and eCommerce initiatives.

Complete anonymity and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
